In various languages

alltxt

After we released PC version’s La-mulana, especially after the Steam version was released, occasionally some great guys asked us “Will you release *** language version? Let me translate it.”

Thank you for waiting. Now we are ready.

LAMULANA_01_PC_ALL_TEXTS_PUBLIC (google spreadsheet)
Note: We have closed user translation.

We disclose whole message data of La-Mulana for the people who wants to translate it into their native language.
If you translate all texts according to the rule written in the first sheet of the Docs file, we can make additional language pack.
La-Mulana is released on various vendors, so we are afraid it is difficult to upgrade each version’s La-Mulana officially.

Then, those language packs will be Mods made by translators or translation teams.
If many people independently start translation at once, that would be confusing.
We think it would be better to set up forums such as “Translation into Italian” and “Translation into French” on Steam community.

Anyway, we will support someone who wants to translate.

TOKYO GAME SHOW 2014

tgs01
We are going to exhibit in the indie game area of TOKYO GAME SHOW 2014.
Both business day and public day, 4 days in total.

The Indie game area is near boundary between HALL 2 and 3, and our booth is close to open patch, it’s almost middle of the area.

I, Naramura, will be around our booth, or pop up PYGMY STUDIO’s booth.
Then, I am at niconico’s booth on Sunday in the morning.

Maybe, I will be away because of taking a break or seeking “”Yo-Kai Watch”” goods for my kids.
Otherwise, I am staying aroud our booth.

LA-MULANA 2 itself is still at the early stage of development, so the playable demo is same as the one we exhibit at Bitsummit and PAX. We made some modification to Kickstarter version.
This time, we are going to unveiling new logo design, and we have made a video.
It’s full of unreleased information, and clarifies changes of “LA-MULANA EX”.
Plus, we have prepared new postcard for TOKYO GAME SHOW 2014.

People in eastern Japan especially who couldn’t come to BitSummit because it was too far, let’s shake hands with me at TOKYO GAME SHOW!

The 3rd anniversary of remake version.

wiiware3

The 3rd anniversary of remake version.

It’s already in July, though. The remake version’s La-Mulana for WiiWare was released in Japan on June 21st three years ago. It’s been a long time since then. I read the development document over again for the first time in years and I’m aware that it’s full of distress.

But, La-Mulana is still being released for new platforms because we pursued to the degree of perfection despite delays at that time so that players can enjoy it forever. NIGORO has not officially announced that PS Vita version is under development in order to release it in this winter. Will it run on Vita TV? It will run on PS4, won’t it?

Anyway, we leave to Pygmy Studio the porting and distribution. Updates will be released by them one after another. Similarly, La-Mulana including La-Mulana2 may be released for other platforms. We hope you would have a long relationship with us.

PAX EAST

I’m going to exhibit LA-MULANA2 in PAX EAST, held in Boston in the United States from April 11th to 13th, as a member of Japanese indies troop led by PLAYISM.

Two PLAYISM men, Mr.Amaya from Studio Pixel and Nal from edelweiss will accompany on the trip.

So, LA-MULANA2, Kero Blaster and Astebreed will be displayed all together.

My schedule in April is almost fully booked up due to this event.
But, it must be a good opportunity to promote our game.

We have to do our best, because it is the first public relation in overseas that one of the purposes of Kickstarter’s funds.

What we have learned in the past few years is that we have to jump into everything to get better outcomes.
When I find a media person, give him a payo… flyer, and we have to make influential indie developers on our side…no, become friends with them.

I have no idea so far what I’m going to do over there.
Would you have any ideas what I can do for the event?

Bitsummit

From March 7th(Fri) to 9th(Sun), we, NIGORO, are going to participate in an indie games festival “Bitsummit” at Miyakomesse in Kyoto.
We will exhibit La-Mulana2 Bitsummit ver. It will be slightly upgraded from Kickstarter ver.

The first day is only for media, but it is open to the public on March 8th(Sat) and 9th(Sun).
Please join the event and pop up our booth.

We will not only exhibit but also take part in a session.
Mr. Kimura from Onion Games, Mr. ZUN, and Naramura from NIGORO will get up on the stage.
Besides, they are going to appear on poriporiclub special program at the night.

By the way, this is an inportant notification.
